Longmont employer survey to start this month
LONGMONT — The Longmont Economic Development Partnership’s ELEVATE Longmont 2019 effort next week will launch the partnership’s annual primary employer survey.
ELEVATE Longmont volunteers will begin contacting employers Jan. 14 to set up visits for the survey, which has been conducted for the last 28 years, according to a Longmont EDP news release.
“The ELEVATE acronym: Engage, Listen, Educate, Value, Acknowledge, Tell the Story, and Execute, really provides a framework for how the committee volunteers, as well as Longmont EDP staff and partners, communicate that participating in these engagement visits is really as much about adding value to their business as it is about collecting data to monitor the local economy,” Longmont EDP president and CEO Jessica Erickson said in a prepared statement.
