WeWork to lease office space in Cherry Creek

DENVER — WeWork, coworking company based in New York, will lease 18,000 square feet of office space in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood, according to a Denver Business Journal report.

The new offices, two floors of the Financial House at 2727 E. 2nd Ave., will have space for more than 300 desks.

The eight-story building is under construction and is expected to finished by spring 2019, according to the report. WeWork will move in in the summer or fall. The company already occupies more than 600,000 square feet of office space in Denver.
