Zayo leases former Chipotle headquarters, doubles downtown Denver space
DENVER — Boulder-based Zayo Group Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ZAYO) has leased a 60,000-square-foot office building in downtown Denver, according to the Denver Business Journal. The four-story building at 1401 Wynkoop St. formerly served as headquarters for the Chipotle chain of fast-casual restaurants.
Zayo employs 400 people in 30,000 square feet at 1621 18th St. in Denver, along with an office in the Denver Tech Center and four data centers in the metro area. The company is headquartered at 1821 30th St. in Boulder.
Chipotle occupied the Wynkoop location until earlier this year, when it moved its headquarters to Newport Beach, Calif.
