Denver seeks input on Loretto Heights redevelopment

DENVER — Denver city planners are seeking public input on redevelopment of the former Loretto Heights campus in southwest Denver.

The Denver Post reports that the city has launched an online survey on the future of the property, which formerly housed a Catholic girls school and a college. The 72-acre campus includes the administration building at 3001 S. Federal Blvd.

Westside Investment Partners acquired the campus this past summer for $15.75 million, two years after the closure of Colorado Heights University, the site’s most-recent occupant.

The Loretto Heights survey can be found here.
