Adams County industrial property sells for $41M

ADAMS COUNTY — A 45-acre industrial property in unincorporated Adams County has sold for $40.71 million.

BusinessDen reports that Denver-based Westfield Co. acquired the land from Rocky Mountain Prestress. The property sits just north of the Denver city limits on the northwest corner of Pecos Street and 56th Avenue. Westfield purchased the property using the entity Pecos Logistics Park LLLP.

The land sits at 5801 N. Pecos St. and carries a Denver address. The buyers plan an industrial development on the site.
