Rowdy Mermaid Kombucha expands footprint to two new states

BOULDER — Rowdy Mermaid Kombucha Inc. has expanded its sales into California and Texas.

This makes it the 13th and 14th states where the Boulder-based beverage is sold. The company has also hired Charles Condon, formerly the specialty beer brewer at Upslope Brewery, to be the new director of manufacturing.

“This year has been one for the record books, and we are poised for an even stronger 2019,” said Jamba Dunn, founder and CEO of Rowdy Mermaid Kombucha, in a prepared statement. “We have released two new flavors, we transitioned to fully organic and non-GMO, and we have expanded our board and our senior team to put us on a strong growth posture.”
