Roche builds two speculative industrial buildings

GREELEY — Two new industrial warehouses built on speculation will be constructed in the Highpoint Business Park in Greeley, according to a report in the Tribune.

Roche Constructors is developing the two buildings. The company determined that the low vacancy rate for industrial properties — estimated at about 2 percent — was likely to hinder small business looking to get established or expand without having to buy land or existing buildings in the market.

Already in the Highpoint park are oil and gas companies, a beverage company and a distribution center. Jones Lang LaSalle is marketing the property, which is located at U.S. Highway 34 and Colorado Highway 257.
