Lafayette Feed and Grain to be redeveloped
LAFAYETTE — There are plans in place to redevelop the former Lafayette Feed and Grain store on East Baseline Road into a wellness center that combines services such as yoga, acupuncture and personal training.
The Lafayette Planning Commission moved the project — known as the Silos Wellness Center — forward this week with the approval of a series of site plans and special-land-use reviews.
Plans for Silos Wellness Center call for construction of a two-story, 3,959-square-foot building on a .66-acre lot near the intersection of East Baseline Road and North 119th Street.

Longmont Chamber and FNBO present People Powered on April 24, 2024, aiming to inform business owners about workforce development, housing, and transportation issues.
The site’s location provides “great potential for creating an iconic structure at the gateway entrance into historic downtown Lafayette when traveling from the east,” staff with Silos Wellness’ designer Sopher Sparn Architects wrote in a letter to city planners.
The project is expected to complete about 12 months after city officials give final approval to permits, according to planning documents.
