Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

The Lakes at Centerra, located near U.S. Highway 34 and Interstate 25, will include one- and two-story floor plans from 1,300 to 2,500 square feet. Prices start in the $340,000s.

The community will feature a clubhouse, pool and four miles of walking trails, the release said.

Barefoot Lakes, near I-25 and Colorado Highway 119, will have one- and two-story homes from to 1,300 to 2,500 square feet. Prices start in the $360,000s.

Community amenities include three miles of trails around 100 acres of lakes and Peninsula Park, a 12-acre park that will host annual community events and activities.
