HindmanSanchez law firm rebrands as Altitude Community Law

LOVELAND — HindmanSanchez PC, a law firm that specializes in community associations such as homeowners associations, has rebranded as Altitude Community Law PC.

The firm will maintain its three offices — Loveland, Lakewood and Colorado Springs.

David Firmin, a shareholder in the company, filed the amended and restated articles of incorporation Monday with the Colorado Secretary of State.

The firm began operations in 1988 as a one-stop-shop for homeowners associations to not only meet legal needs but also to train volunteer HOA boards in their responsibilities.

“As communities mature, the interests and expectations of associations are becoming divergent and more challenging in order to meet everyone’s needs.  Who would have thought, within the span of 15 short years, the effect that satellite dishes, cell towers, web applications (which redefine the definition of home), and of course, the changing definition of “Rocky Mountain High”, would have on associations,” Firmin wrote on the company’s website to announce the change.

The firm is located at 1635 Foxtrail Drive, Suite 201, in Loveland.
