Greeley, Broomfield make Realtor.com hottest zip codes list

SANTA CLARA, CALIF. Broomfield and Greeley made a recent Realtor.com list of the nation’s 50 hottest zip codes.

The Greeley zip code 80631 was ranked 44th and the Broomfield’s 80021 zip code took the 48th spot on the list.

Realtor.com analyzes 32,000 ZIP codes based on the time it takes properties to sell and how frequently homes are viewed in each ZIP code on the website to determine the “hottest zip codes.”
