JBS sued; religious discrimination alleged
GREELEY — A civil suit has been filed against JBS USA claiming that the company discriminated against a former employee because of his religious beliefs. It’s the second suit alleging discrimination by the company; the first suit has been heard and a decision is pending.
The Greeley Tribune reported that a civil rights attorney filed the suit, alleging that a former human resources supervisor, a Muslim, was discriminated against because of his beliefs. The former employee is a U.S. citizen.
