New brewery, restaurant to open in east Longmont
LONGMONT — Collision Brewing Co. will open a restaurant and brewery next month near Longmont’s Sandstone Ranch outdoor recreation complex.
The Times-Call reported that the facility will be about 10,000 square feet and is owned by Jason and Eric Blythes and their father, Kent. They plan to brew a variety of beers and employ about 50 people, the newspaper reported.
The restaurant will seat about 150 people and have a room for private gatherings.
