Cannabis-technology firm Wurk triples Denver office space

DENVER — A cannabis technology company is moving to Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood, almost tripling its space in the process.

BusinessDen reports that Wurk, which develops payroll and human-resources software for the cannabis sector, has signed a five-year lease at 2162 Market St., occupying 12,000 square feet.

Wurk currently employs about 30 people at 455 Sherman St., but the new space will allow the company to grow to 70.
