Oil and gas company plans new wells near Longmont
LONGMONT — Extraction Oil and Gas has revealed the location of where it plans to drill 32 new wells and build a production facility on land in Boulder County just south of Longmont’s Sandstone Ranch.
The Times-Call reported that notices have been sent to nearby property owners. A hearing on Extraction’s Blue Paintbrush well pad is planned before the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission on Tuesday. Boulder County officials plan to object.
