Clear View names new chief executive officer

JOHNSTOWN — Rick Harding has been named chief executive officer for Clear View Behavioral Health, a psychiatric hospital located in Johnstown.

Harding worked most recently as CEO of SUN Behavioral in Houston, Texas. He has multiple years of experience in the health-care realm including time as a combat medic in the U.S. Army, a registered nurse in the U.S. Air Force and various levels of management with organizations that serve mentally ill patients.

Clear View Behavioral Health is a 92-bed acute hospital that serves adolescents, adults and seniors. It provides a structured, therapeutic and safe environment for patients in and around Larimer County and throughout Colorado who require acute care with psychiatric or behavioral challenges. Physician referrals are not required in order to receive assessments.

Harding has a master of science degree in public administration with focus on organizational development and human resources law from Western Kentucky University.  His bachelor’s degree is in nursing from the University of Louisville.
