Everbrook Academy day-care set to open in Harmony Commons

FORT COLLINS — An affiliate of Learning Care Group Inc. based in Novi, Mich., plans to open an Everbrook Academy child-care facility in Harmony Commons in southeast Fort Collins.

Everbrook offers day-care and learning programs for infants to school-age students through hands-on teaching techniques and personalized lesson plans.

Brinkman is developing Harmony Commons, located on Harmony Road just west of Interstate 25, and tenants began opening there in May of 2017.

Brinkman also announced on Tuesday that a wine bar, a fast-casual eatery and a dental practice have signed on to join the tenant mix at Harmony Commons.

Taste & Savor Wine Bar will offer wine and champagne in a variety of serving sizes: tasters, flights, glasses and bottles. It expects to open in September at the corner of Harmony Road and Lady Moon Drive.

Boulder-based Rush Bowls opened at Harmony Commons last week. Meals are made of fruit, topped with granola and honey, and blended with protein, vitamins and other nutritious ingredients. Rush Bowls offers vegetarian, vegan, wheat-free, nut-free, soy-free, dairy-free and non-GMO options.

In the building next door, a new dental practice is slated to open this summer.

Adjacent to the food and drink options at the corner of the Harmony Commons development, a 107-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is wrapping up construction and expects to open by late summer.
