Collaborative dinner to benefit The Growing Project

FORT COLLINS — Fortified Collaborations, a group that promotes collaboration among local businesses, will kick-off to its 2018 Farm Dinner series with an urban dining location in downtown Fort Collins on Sunday, June 10. The dinner will be in the Montezuma Fuller alley next to Equinox Brewing Co.

The Second Sunday Supper will feature a locally sourced seasonal four-course menu crafted by Chef Ryan Damasky of Fish Restaurant, paired with beer brewed at Equinox Brewing and wine from Pringle’s Fine Wine & Spirits. Music from local band, Crescent City Connection, will be provided. A signature cocktail from Copper Muse will be available. A family style dinner will follow with guests seated at one long table down the length of the cobblestone alley.

All Fortified Collaborations dinners benefit local non-profit organizations. Proceeds from this dinner will benefit The Growing Project and its mission to promote the value of a strong, diverse, and just local food system to all residents of Northern Colorado through direct agricultural experiences, education, and advocacy.
