Vacation-rental services company affiliates with Evolve

BOULDER — Be My Guest Boulder, a company that works with owners of vacation-rental properties and with guests at those properties, has signed an agreement with Evolve, a marketing and booking platform for vacation rentals.

Andrea Tollefsrud, owner and founder of Be My Guest Boulder, said her affiliation with Evolve will help extend the reach of her company and the ability of property owners to rent their facilities more consistently throughout the year. Tollefsrud continues to work with the major listing companies — VRBO and Airbnb, for example.

Be My Guest Boulder, founded in 2013, has three primary services. First, it works with property owners to assure that their vacation and short-term rental properties are ready for new guests, and helps those owners maintain properties as needed before, during or after units are rented.

Second, it works with tenants as the concierge agent for the property owner to welcome them to the community, to answer questions and to meet needs that might arise during their stay.

And third, it also can direct people to bike tours, brewery tours, restaurants, and other attractions.
