FoCo-based Prosci acquires firm in Australia

FORT COLLINS — Prosci, a Fort Collins-based provider of change-management training, said Tuesday it has acquired Being Human Pty Ltd., a Sydney, Australia-based firm that provides the same services.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Being Human was Prosci’s primary licensed affiliate in Australia and New Zealand and exclusive provider of Prosci’s public training in those regions.

Being Human’s employees will join Prosci, helping to expand the brand’s global presence.

“We have worked closely with Being Human for over 10 years and are thrilled to formally combine our businesses,” Allison Seabeck, Prosci’s president, said in a prepared statement. “With this next step in our partnership, we will expand access to the full suite of change-management training, service and digital solutions to even more effectively serve customers in the region.”

Prosci is a portfolio company of New York-based Leeds Equity Partners.

Founded in 1994, Prosci partners with corporations, governments and nonprofit organizations around the world to help them implement change. The company’s offerings include in-house and open-enrollment certification and training utilizing its ADKAR Model and research-based change management methods. The company also offers custom and advisory solutions and supports its training and services with a set of products and digital solutions.
