Leadership Northern Colorado applications available

FORT COLLINS — Leadership Northern Colorado has begun accepting applications for the 2018 Leadership Northern Colorado class.

LNC is a joint initiative of the Fort Collins, Greeley and Loveland chambers of commerce, the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado and the Community Foundation Serving Greeley and Weld County. It was established to train current and future regional leaders and to identify and address issues affecting northern Colorado. Kaiser Permanente sponsors the 2018 program.

Encouraged to apply are graduates of local leadership programs and individuals in leadership positions in their organizations desiring to make a long-term impact on the region, according to the announcement about the start of the 2018 program.

People Powered: Preparing Longmont Businesses for Economic Success

Longmont Chamber and FNBO present People Powered on April 24, 2024, aiming to inform business owners about workforce development, housing, and transportation issues.

The program will begin in January and run through June. On the fourth Tuesday of each month, participants will gather for a day-long session to learn about public governance, land use and infrastructure, education and workforce, economic development and regional leadership.

The tuition for the six-month program is $850 and includes all meals, session materials and graduation recognition.  Applications are available online at www.LeadershipNorthernColorado.com.
