Puregas, Forte Supply expand ops in Broomfield

BROOMFIELD – Puregas LLC, a provider of air-pressurization and air-drying equipment for the telecommunications industry, is expanding to a 49,000-square-foot space at 226 Commerce in Broomfield, and Forte Supply, a provider of soft-serve ice cream and frozen-beverage machines is expanding in a building next door at 224 Commerce.

Puregas was leasing 37,000 square feet at the location and in February is adding 11,000 square feet needed for additional manufacturing operations.

“Puregas is a solid manufacturing company that needed to expand in a very tight industrial market, so we were happy to be able to accommodate the expansion in their existing facility,” said W.W. Reynolds’ leasing agent Andrew Freeman, who represented the landlord, Flagstaff Holdings LLC, a partnership between Freeman and Dan Cohen of Boulder. Steve Serenyi of Colliers International represented Puregas.

In December, Forte Supply will expand into 14,000-square-feet at 224 Commerce, also owned by Flagstaff Holdings.

According to Freeman “the local company was in a smaller space at the 226 Commerce building and needed additional space to accommodate its growing business.”
