Haselden Construction opens office in Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS — Centennial-based Haselden Construction has opened its North Regional office in Fort Collins.

The 1,750-square-foot office at 330 S. College Ave., houses half a dozen team members, at at times more, depending on the project they’re working on.

“We’ve worked in this area for decades,” Derek Oliver, Haselden’s vice president, said in a prepared statement. “So establishing roots here in Fort Collins was a natural next step. … It’s a convenient location, both for our customers and our team members.”

The company has a relationship with Colorado State University. Haselden is working on the Health Education Outreach Center and the Global Food Innovation Center, and recently completed the Biology and Chemistry Buildings at CSU’s campus in Fort Collins.

Other projects in the area include an on-call contract with the city of Fort Collins, the newly opened UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, and the Larimer County Administration Building in Loveland, which is currently under construction.

The company on Friday said it had a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 26.
