Lightning Systems names Kelley chief technology officer

LOVELAND — Lightning Systems Inc., an emissions intelligence company for commercial vehicle fleets, has a new chief technology officer.

Bill Kelley, the company’s new CTO, had been working with the company as a technical consultant for the past four years. Prior to that, he was corporate vice president of advanced engineering for Borg Warner.

“Bill has been instrumental in helping our engineering team solve key problems, and we’re excited to officially welcome him to Lightning Systems,” Tim Reeser, CEO of LightningSystems, said in a prepared statement. “He has a vast network of connections throughout the industry, and that has helped us to secure critical supply chain and engineering resources.”

Lightning Systems was formerly known as Lightning Hybrids, and the company provides green solutions and emissions improvement for heavy-duty fleet vehicles.
