Broomfield-based ag-data firm seeking $3M in capital
BROOMFIELD — AWhere Inc., a technology company that provides data intelligence for the agriculture industry, has raised $2.1 million.
The Broomfield-based company is seeking $3 million, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Oct. 2.
To raise the funds, the company is offering options to acquire security and convertible debt. AWhere did not immediately return BizWest’s request for comment.
