Athletics accessories company raises more than $33,000
BOULDER — iSplack Inc., a maker of colored eye black for athletes, has raised nearly $34,000.
The company raised $33,554, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Aug. 17. iSplack did not return requests for comment. The company raised the funds by offering equity.
iSplack makes several products, including athletic eye black that comes in various shades of the rainbow that athletes can use to represent their team colors, retailing for $8.99, according to the company website. It also makes camouflage colors, colored face pencils and colored nonpermanent hair chalk.
