BOULDER — iSplack Inc., a maker of colored eye black for athletes, has raised nearly $34,000.
The company raised $33,554, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Aug. 17. iSplack did not return requests for comment. The company raised the funds by offering equity.
Real estate can be a force for good, and that’s exactly what real estate developer, Brinkman, is trying to do with their recent achievement of B Corp Certification. After over a year of rigorous testing of their social and environmental practices, Brinkman earned certification last week.
iSplack makes several products, including athletic eye black that comes in various shades of the rainbow that athletes can use to represent their team colors, retailing for $8.99, according to the company website. It also makes camouflage colors, colored face pencils and colored nonpermanent hair chalk.
