Loftus, Nichols set to break ground on Land Rover Flatirons

BROOMFIELD — Developers are set to break ground Thursday on the $12 million Land Rover Flatirons dealership in Broomfield.

The new dealership will add a Jaguar franchise, with plans to open in August 2018.

The dealership will include a 32,000-square-foot showroom and service center on a three-acre site at 11420 Via Varra on the Northwest Parkway just north of U.S. Highway 36.

Boulder developer Jim Loftus and Denver developer Randy Nichols submitted plans for the dealership to the city of Broomfield’s planning department last October.

Broomfield’s mayor, Randy Ahrens, will join Nichols, Loftus and Ed Dobbs, manager at Land Rover Flatirons, at the groundbreaking set for 9 a.m., Aug. 31.
