Flashback Technologies raises one-third of $1M goal

LOUISVILLE — Flashback Technologies Inc., a company developing machine-learning software, has raised $335,000.

The Louisville company is seeking $1 million in capital, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Aug. 10. The company did not respond to a request for more information by the time of publication.

To raise the capital, Flashback is offering options to acquire securities.

The company’s machine-learning platform is called CipherSensor, according to its website. The platform provides predictive analytics and can be used in fields such as medical monitoring and triage.
