Hope Foods will stay put after selling building to California investors
LOUISVILLE — California-based Adler Realty Investments has paid $7.4 million to Hope Foods LLC for a 60,000-square-foot industrial building in the Colorado Technology Center in Louisville.
The building, at 1850 Dogwood St., was owned by food manufacturer Hope Foods LLC, makers of hummus and guacamole.
Robbie Rech, president of Hope Foods, said the company will lease back the space where it employs 70 people.
