Wintergreen Shops in Loveland sells for $3.4 million
LOVELAND — The Wintergreen Shops, a retail center in north Loveland, has sold for $3.4 million.
Rhys Christensen and Van De War, who developed and owned the center, sold it to the entity Wintergreen8 LLC, registered to Jon Kogut of Boulder, according to documents filed with the Secretary of State.
Wintergreen Shops at 235-257 W. 64th St., has 11,118 square feet of retail space. Tenants include Domino’s, Edward Jones and Loveland Modern Dentistry. The property was 93 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
