Golden Triangle apartments sell for $60M

DENVER — The Via Apartments on Eighth Avenue might still be leasing out, but Denver-based developer Pauls Corporation managed to sell the apartment building to a New York investment firm for $60.2 million.

The Golden Triangle apartment is the first investment in Colorado for Azure Partners, BusinessDen reports.

Via Apartments is seven stories and 200 units. The building came online in 2015 and is about 70 percent occupied. Apartments are, on average, 746 square feet with rent about $1,700. The building also has retail space below it.
