Full renovation for corner between Denver and Aurora

DENVER — A full block on the corner of Denver and Aurora is getting a full makeover, with new stores expected to open early next year.

The seven-acre stretch at the corner Iliff Avenue and Parker Road was torn down and new construction is expected to start soon, BusinessDen reports.

PAR Equities IV Inc., which owns the land, said the buildings there were tired and it was time for a fresh look. Four new buildings will be put in and leases have been signed for a Murphy USA gas station, a Bubba’s 33 restaurant, an Arby’s and Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros Bagels.

There is still 6,800 square feet of space available. The project should cost between $3.5 million and $4 million.
