Greeley-based cannabis hardware startup raises $1.4 million

GREELEY — Corsica Innovations Inc., the company that makes a smartphone-controlled mini fridge designed for growing hydroponic cannabis and other herbs and plants, has raised nearly $1.4 million.

The Greeley-based company, whose product is called Leaf, is seeking $4 million, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 20.

To raise the capital, the company is offering equity. Corsica Innovations did not respond to a request for more information.
