Denver’s South Broadway to get another apartment complex
A new apartment complex is planned for Denver’s South Broadway area.
The Denver Business Journal reports that JLL Denver has secured financing for a 187-unit complex to be built by Stockbridge and Wood Partners. The complex will be built near Interstate 25 and the Alameda light-rail station.
Alta SoBo Station will be located three miles from downtown Denver.
