Vacation-rental startup secures $11M in funding
Vacation-rental startup Evolve Vacation Rental Network has secured $11 million in new funding.
BusinessDen reports that the company, which manages vacation rentals, secured the funds from investors including T. Rowe Price Associates, Michigan-based Annox Capital, New York-based Allen & Co. LLC and Massachusetts-based PAR Capital Ventures.
Evolve has been growing rapidly and plans to double its office space with a move to the Johns Manville Building at 717 17th St. in downtown Denver. Evolve has leased 38,000 square feet in the building and intends to add 100 employees in the next year, adding to its current staff of 160.
