Developer breaks ground on $76M mixed-use project in Lakewood
A Denver-based development company has broken ground on a $76 million mixed-use project in Lakewood.
The Denver Business Journal reports that K2Ventures LLC broke ground Thursday on Oak Street Station, which will include 289 residential units and 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. The property will be built at 1420 Oak St. and will be located near the Oak Station on the W Line.
The transit-oriented development will encompass an entire city block and is expected to be complete in 2018.
