Lafayette cannabis growth solutions company raises $500,000
LAFAYETTE — Urban-gro Inc., a lighting and cultivation solutions company specializing in horticulture and cannabis, recently raised $500,000 in venture capital.
The Lafayette company is seeking $2.5 million and is offering equity in the company, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 23.
The company did not return requests for comment.
