Chuze Fitness plans to open center this summer in Broomfield

BROOMFIELD — Chuze Fitness, a California-based operator of fitness centers, has leased space at the Broomfield Plaza in Broomfield, where it plans open a center this summer.

Chuze Fitness has leased 36,963 square feet in an anchor spot in the plaza at 5105 W 120th Ave., owned by NewMark Merrill Cos., developer of the Village at the Peaks outdoor retail center in Longmont.

Chuze operates fitness centers in Thornton, Westminster and Littleton, and will open one in southeast Denver about the same time it opens the center in Broomfield. It also operates centers in California and Arizona.
