Apartment developer spends $8.85M for Lowry land
A San Antonio, Texas-based company has acquired 5.2 acres in the Lowry neighborhood, where it plans to build a 350-unit apartment complex.
BusinessDen reports that Embrey Partners paid $8.85 million to acquire the land at Quebec Street and East Lowry Boulevard from the Lowry Redevelopment Authority.
Embrey also has built apartment projects in Aurora, Englewood and Wheat Ridge.
