Rental company to build RiNo office development out of trailers, shipping containers
DENVER – Bill Ward and two equity partners have purchased property near the corner of 34th and Larimer streets in the RiNo District of lower downtown Denver where they will build a mixed-use development including Ward’s Airstream trailer rental business called LivMobil.
Business Den reports that Ward and partners Kimberly Jamerson and Trevor Pettenue will renovate a 2,400-square-foot warehouse to be a common area/conference room for office users, and install storage for Ward’s LivMobil and Jamerson’s interior design firm, K Studios Design.
