9Seventy apartment complex in Boulder sells for $57M
BOULDER — A California-based real estate firm has acquired the 9Seventy apartments in Boulder for $57 million, according to public records.
M&A Real Estate Partners LLC, based in Los Angeles, bought the 138-unit complex at 970 28th St. from Boulder-based Chanin Development Inc., which constructed the apartments in the late 2000s.
The complex has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 486 to 1200 square feet. It is located near the University of Colorado campus.
