BOULDER — A California-based real estate firm has acquired the 9Seventy apartments in Boulder for $57 million, according to public records.
M&A Real Estate Partners LLC, based in Los Angeles, bought the 138-unit complex at 970 28th St. from Boulder-based Chanin Development Inc., which constructed the apartments in the late 2000s.
If asked to identify any emerging theme resulting from the events of 2020, I’d have to say that we are challenging historical norms at a record-setting pace. There is a large degree of discord in our political system regarding the state of our economy and the suggestions on how to fix it are endless.
The complex has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 486 to 1200 square feet. It is located near the University of Colorado campus.
M&A Real Estate Partners has renamed the complex The Hive at 9Seventy. The company has been in business since 2002 and focuses on acquiring and managing high-end student housing. It owns approximately 5,000 apartment units in several states.
