Dohn Construction completed the new construction of the resort in 2008, as well as various additions and renovations to Good Samaritan Society communities in the area.

Dohn Construction is working on the new construction of the Good Samaritan Villas, a condominium village in Windsor, and a 20,000-square-foot renovation of the Loveland Good Samaritan Village in Loveland.
