Empowering communities

Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), part of the UnitedHealthcare family, has pledged its commitment to uplift these communities through substantial investments in organizations addressing the distinct needs of our communities.

The sellers were represented by Gary A. Aboussie, principal/broker associate at The Colorado Group, and the buyers were represented by Todd Walsh of Boom Properties in Boulder.

“There are no other 4,750-square-foot downtown Boulder office condos in the market today,” Aboussie said. He said the property has excellent views of the Flatirons, operable windows, five parking spaces and three decks, and IPE is planning to make interior renovations to make it a Class A office space.
