Centennial Bank installs sign to match new name

BOULDER — Centennial Bank and Trust has installed a new sign at its branch bank at 2500 Broadway in Boulder reflecting the bank’s new look and name throughout Colorado.

Centennial Bank merged with Summit Bank and Trust in February, in which Heartland Financial USA Inc. (Nasdaq: HTFL) acquired CIC Bancshares Inc., parent company of Centennial Bank.

The combined bank is operating as Centennial Bank and Trust, with 17 locations across Colorado, including Boulder, Broomfield and Erie. The signs at branches in Broomfield and Erie were changed in April.

The bank offers wealth management, mortgage banking, annuities and investment products, in addition to the existing business and personal account services.

Heartland Financial USA has assets exceeding $8 billion. Heartland operates 108 banking locations serving 85 communities in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Colorado, Minnesota, Kansas, Missouri, Texas and California, with mortgage-loan-production offices in California, Nevada and Idaho.
