Denver apartment complex sells for nearly $536,000 per unit
The apartment boom in Denver and along the rest of the Front Range seems to see a new record set every couple of weeks.
BusinessDen.com reports that a Boston-based firm last week paid $120 million for a high-end 224-unit apartment complex in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood. That price comes out to roughly $535,700 per unit, a new high for Denver that bests a sale in Capitol Hill earlier this year that saw a $525,000 per-unit price.
