Recreational marijuana enthusiasts in Mead will likely have to continue to grow their own bud or leave town to buy it for the foreseeable future.
The Times-Call reports that Mead’s Board of Trustees on Monday night tabled talks of overturning a ban on both recreational and medical marijuana sales amid major outcry from residents in the community worried that allowing retail pot sales would erode the fabric of the town.
