Brinkman Partners unveils first tenants for Harmony Commons project
A pizza joint and coffee shop will join a brewpub as among the first tenants for Brinkman Partners’ Harmony Commons development slated for completion in Fort Collins next year.
The Coloradoan reports that Brinkman recently closed on the purchase of the 9.2 acres of land for the development at the southwest corner of Harmony Road and Lady Moon Drive, and that MidiCi neapolitan pizza and Harbinger Coffee have both signed leases. The operators of the brewery are yet to be announced. Construction is to begin this month on the project.
