Brinkman Partners proposes 96-apartment project in Fort Collins
The apartment boom on Colorado’s Front Range continues, with new units coming online in Fort Collins making it one of the hottest markets for the product.
The Coloradoan reports that Fort Collins-based Brinkman Partners has filed preliminary plans with the city for 96 market-rate apartments at 3425 S. Shields St. The paper notes that the project becomes part of the 2,000-plus new apartment units that are in various stages of development in the city.
