UCHealth building boom to now include 72-bed Highlands Ranch hospital

UCHealth’s building boom isn’t being confined just to the Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado.

The Aurora-based health system, the Denver Business Journal reports, is now planning to build a 72-bed, $315 million, hospital in Highlands Ranch. The hospital will be part of a 100-acre master-planned development being led by Shea Homes.

UCHealth, which has hospitals in Fort Collins and Loveland, is building two more in Broomfield and Longmont.
