166-unit residential development proposed for southeast Fort Collins
FORT COLLINS — A plan for a subdivision in southeast Fort Collins consisting of 166 two-story, single-family attached units underwent a conceptual review on Monday by city planners.
The subdivision would be located on a 19.9-acre tract in the “Johnson Annexation,” south of Rosen Drive, west of Lemay Avenue and east of Timberline Road. According to documents filed with the city, 112 of the units would be served by alleys, with their parking located next to the alleys. The remaining 54 units would have an 18-foot parking area in front of the unit. The development would also contain 0.7 acres of open space.
Political activist and radio talk host Steve Laffey was listed as owner of the tract, and Denver-based Phelps Engineering Services Inc. was listed as the project’s designer.
